Great staff to deal with. I had a major promblem with my son and took the month to address this. I have some outstanding bids and the staff have been very goid about it. Now trying ti get back ti normal to get them paid off. Once again excellent company.

Won an ATV using proxibid during the most recent auction in Hermon, ME on Saturday, August 12th. I was told by a clerk that day that I was clear to pick up the machine with payment the following week. Get it in writing, folks. I was contacted the following Monday and told by a different person that the reserve was not met. It's ironic that it's a legally binding contract where you are legally obligated to pay for the items you bid on and witn unless they make the mistake, then its not, I guess. I will not use the service again. Its a joke.
